Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your products arrive to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at info@tilbabeauty.com.au or (03) 9017 3220 and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, due to hygienic reasons such as personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Vitamins

Vitamin supplements refunds or exchanges will not be accepted outside normal statutory obligations

Our policy is to supply products with at least 1 month expiry beyond the normal expected time it would take to consume based on normal dosages.

As we have no control over expiry dates supplied from the manufacturer, we are unable to supply requests for extended expiry dates and we do not recommend ordering any more than 6 months’ supply of any product.

Any orders in excess of 6 months’ supply or in excess of retail quantities are at the risk of the purchaser in regards to expiry dates.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
